Disclaimer:  Drivenci Motors Terms of Service Agreement Acceptance of Terms of Service By choosing to purchase a used vehicle ("Vehicle") from Drivenci Motors ("Dealer"), you ("Buyer") are agreeing to abide by the following Terms of Service ("Agreement"). This Agreement may be amended from time to time without notice, so please check these terms regularly. Payment and Financing The Dealer offers several financing options for the purchase of Vehicles. If the Buyer chooses to secure financing from an entity other than the Dealer ("Third-Party Financing"), the Buyer agrees to pay an additional fee of $1,500.00 (the "Third-Party Financing Fee"). Third-Party Financing Fee The Third-Party Financing Fee is non-negotiable and non-refundable. This fee applies to all vehicles purchased using Third-Party Financing. The Third-Party Financing Fee will be added to the final purchase price of the Vehicle. Delivery of Vehicle Upon receipt of the full purchase price (including the Third-Party Financing Fee, if applicable), the Dealer will deliver the Vehicle to the Buyer in its current condition, "as is." Disclaimer of Warranties Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, the Dealer makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding any Vehicle. The Dealer expressly disclaims all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Severability If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement will continue in full force and effect. Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Dealer and the Buyer and supersedes all prior understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
