Third-Party Financing Fee The Third-Party Financing Fee is non-negotiable and non-refundable. This fee applies to all vehicles purchased using Third-Party Financing. The Third-Party Financing Fee will be added to the final purchase price of the Vehicle.
Delivery of Vehicle Upon receipt of the full purchase price (including the Third-Party Financing Fee, if applicable), the Dealer will deliver the Vehicle to the Buyer in its current condition, "as is."

Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Severability If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement will continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Dealer and the Buyer and supersedes all prior understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
