Acceptance of Terms of Service By choosing to purchase a used vehicle ("Vehicle") from Drivenci Motors ("Dealer"), you ("Buyer") are agreeing to abide by the following Terms of Service ("Agreement"). Delivery of Vehicle Upon receipt of the full purchase price (including the Third-Party Financing Fee, if applicable), the Dealer will deliver the Vehicle to the Buyer in its current condition, "as is."

Severability If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement will continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Dealer and the Buyer and supersedes all prior understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
