Severability If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement will continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Dealer and the Buyer and supersedes all prior understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
